Notes:

  • Filling out the top half on the computer, then printing could save you time & will be easiest to read. 

  • Following all of the directions on the sheet guarantees that we can serve you fastest.

  • Please make sure to include the dimensions of your walls on your drawing.

  • Remember to mark the dimensions of windows (this is the most commonly omitted piece of information.
